Scott has had a powerful and gifted
life. He grew up just outside of Seattle WA, and ever
since he was a boy he has had a strong fascination with
drums and music. His love for music was introduced to him
by his older brother who is a talented drummer and
musician. Growing up Scott vowed that he would be a
drummer in a rock and roll band and become a Major league
baseball player.
In January of 2000, he achieved the first part of his
dream; he signed a professional baseball contract with the
Springfield Capitals. Shortly after his baseball career
began, it ended. Although this was a life long dream of
Scott’s, he felt fortunate to make it farther than most
young men could ever dream of. Besides, he had other
dreams………………yet to unfold!
After his baseball pursuit was over, Scott decided it was
time to embark on his passion and love for music. He has
channeled his drive and energy into learning how to create
electronic music. Scott went back to college in
Minneapolis, and began taking sound engineering and
production courses, and studying percussion. He also
joined live bands. In 2005 Scott returned to Seattle and
tried out for the world wide organization known as The
Drum Café. The Drum Café is filled with some of the best
African percussionists and Grammy Award winning players in
the world and Scott was asked to perform with this
talented group.
While still performing with The Drum Café, Scott knew it
was time to branch out and create a one man show. This one
man show allows him to showcase his Djing talents and
simultaneously play African drums! Soon thereafter, Scott
moved to San Francisco to catapult his talents onto the
dance scene.
Scott’s energy is contagious. With his move to San
Francisco, he is quickly becoming one of the most popular
acts to be booked at the best clubs in San Francisco and
Seattle. He is also booked for events like The Love Parade
and The Electronic Music conference. He is currently
holding down residencies at the Bambuddha Lounge, S.F.,
111 Minna, S.F., and Club Heaven, Seattle.
He has performed in Vancouver, BC, Seattle, Denver,
Minneapolis, and San Francisco. Later this year, Scott is
being flown to Asia for his first overseas tour, and is in
the middle of putting together his first European tour.
While he has a busy schedule of performing, Scott is also
in the middle of producing his first full length CD. To

Wingspan, a new high school being designed in Prescott,
Arizona has asked Scott to help design their music
program. He will be conduct workshops there on a regular
basis for the students. This new school is developing a
program; of the arts, music, wilderness, technology, and
basic life skills programs; that will be helping troubled
kids reach their potential.
