Scott - Today I learned the events of one day can change everything about a person's life. I believe today was one of those days for me and I want to share it with you because you inspired me. I walked around Love Fest and danced my bootie at the drum 'n bass bus for awhile then decided to keep moving. I saw the drums and knew this was going to be good...once I found you all, that is where I stayed for the next 4 hours - dancing, smiling, absolutely loving my life for the first time in as long as I can remember. The sun was shining and your drums opened up my heart and smile. Thank you isn't enough. I love you isn't it. You have changed my life without even knowing it seems to fit. I finally had to leave because I had probably danced the equivalent of a marathon and my legs got so sore. Life is a blessing. Life is a miracle in and of itself. I very recently "discovered" the amazing talent of Scott Binder. He was DJ-ing at Heaven in Seattle where I was watching a fashion show. I was really enjoying the music and was surprised to see him come out on the stage and start to drum to the rhythm of the music that was playing. The beats and the energy were incredible, and watching him on stage with that enthusiasm and incredible rhythm just enthralled me, as well as the rest of the audience. I didn't realize the drummer was also the DJ until I saw him go back stage and come out the back to go up to the DJ booth. I have never witnessed the talent and energy that I witnessed that night watching Scott DJ at the show. He is not only an incredible DJ with great taste in music, but his ability to mix the very authentic West African hand drumming in with electronic music is amazing to me.
